Layven Park is a boutique show jumping stable, schooling and training all kinds of horses with a focus on show jumping and breeding future super stars. We offer schooling and sale of behalf packages. We are also a NZTR Acknowledged Retrainer for off the track thoroughbreds. Our goal is to train with kindness and empathy for the horse and to help match them with their perfect human. Layven Park is run by Rachael Finlay and Kelly Stevens. Rachael and Kelly are full-time riders and trainers, competing nationally mainly in show jumping. We are always busy transitioning ottb’s to sporthorse life, bringing on young horses, sorting other peoples problem horses and Rachael is also a thoroughbred owner/trainer. It’s always about the horse the horses come first.
